Welcome to Starcross YC Optimist page
Based on the Exe Estuary near to Exeter, Starcross Yacht club has a thriving junior sailing section. Meeting on Friday evenings between Easter and August we cater for sailors for sailors of all abilities with training in multiple groups. We have 6 club training Optimists which are available for the beginners group in their first season of sailing.
Additional sailing opportunities in free sailing sessions, dinghy cruises and club racing as well as at our Junior sailing camp held at Roadford reservoir in June each year.
